Project Brief & Feasibility
The customer can provide a cabinet drawing, target dimensions, electrical specification, reference product or physical sample. The first review identifies which items require a new housing, tooling modification or only a component change.
01Brief
Structural & Electronic Development
Housing, mounting, heat path, LED layout, driver position and control components are developed as one configuration rather than added separately.
02Design
Rapid Prototyping
Once the CAD design is ready, we create a prototype — often using additive manufacturing ("rapid prototyping") — allowing us to quickly validate the design.
03Engineer
Prototype & Sample Review
The first sample is checked for assembly, appearance, wattage, CCT, dimming, sensor response and installation fit. Requested changes are recorded before the approval sample is prepared.
04Prototype
Testing & Documentation
Photometric data, temperature, aging, flicker, waterproof, salt-spray or packaging tests can be arranged according to the fixture type and project risk.
05Validate
Production Transfer
Approved drawings, BOM, finish, electrical components, accessories and packaging requirements are transferred to production so that the bulk order follows the confirmed sample configuration.
06Produce
Packaging, Logistics & Delivery
Finished products are prepared for your sales channel and coordinated through shipment, logistics and delivery.
